Group Code Requested not found for Oxi holidex

Customer have requested me to check their concern about the holidex processor not running. 

I have connected and assisted with the following action taken below:



    • Upload Process for holidex won't start after clicking the start button in Start/Stop Process

    • Accessed the Registry and made some changes and restart the Holidex service and confirmed that the processor can now be start and stop in the Start/Stop screen



Customer have reported another issue where when they create a group block reservation, when clicking the quick split under rooming list screen, he gets  the error message "Group Code Requested not Found"

I have performed the below action to assist the concern:



    • I have resync the reservation module in OXI Holidex

    • I have resync all BLOCKS in OXI Holidex

    • I have checked the Message Status and found out that all the message was a success as per attached screenshot when doing resync



I have advice to the customer to check with the IHG Corporate team and make sure to check their configuration on their "concerto" as customer is trying to request this information to this 3rd party but it isn't available or matched the requested information that is why it is giving us that error message.

I will keep this ticket open until tomorrow and let me know the update or if needed our further asssitance.
