Quick checkout on Zatca Phse 2

Dear Team,


I have connected to the application server, Zatca PC, and the customer's workstation to investigate the issue. Upon review, I discovered that the problem was related to a Fiscal Program Timeout error. I checked the Zatca application and found that it was not running. After restarting the application, the invoice data was successfully sent to Zatca. I also provided guidance to the customer on resolving the Zatca warnings related to the buyer details. The customer has since confirmed that they completed the checkout for one reservation.

Please be informed that I noticed your team is using the Quick Checkout functionality in Opera. Unfortunately, there is a known bug with this function in Zatca Phase 2, which forces the reservation to be checked out without complying with the necessary Zatca requirements. As a result, the invoice is settled but not sent to Zatca, leading to the absence of the TITLE and QR code on the invoice.


The correct process for settling invoices is through the billing screen, which ensures that all Zatca requirements are met. This method will display any missing requirements for each reservation, and the system will not allow the checkout to proceed until all necessary conditions are fulfilled.

Hence, closing this ticket now as solution has been given and confirmed one checked out.
