TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS.
Always on the BOH client:
1. Open Registry - start | run | and write Regedit.
2. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROS\UserData.
3. Make a copy of the key UserData - Select File | Export and save (Name: BOH_UserData) the key.
4. Go to File | Connect Network Registry.
5. Write the server micros name or IP on the white area and select Check Names (connect with administrator user and password) and select OK.
6. Go to Server Micros name or IP | KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROS\UserData.
7. Make a copy of the key UserData - Select File | Export and save (Name: SRV_UserData on Desktop) the key.
8. Go to Desktop and double click on SRV_UserData (Confirm question).
9. Open Micros BOH tools, for example the POS Configuration.
