workstation hanging when changing RVC, or when starting servicehost hangs at initializing payments.

Dear Mr. Aleem,

The workstation hanging issue during changing RVC appears to be resolved.

Below are the steps to fix the issue, which can be done on other devices:

1. Make Sure firewall is off.

2. Please refer to attached screenshot,
Go to handlers folder, sort by type, and delete the files under "config" category.

3. Restart the simphony application servicehost.exe.
