Customer Environment Access Policy
To maintain the security and confidentiality of customer systems and data, our personnel will only access customer environments when required for approved support, implementation, maintenance, or troubleshooting activities.
  1. Customers are requested to provide dedicated, named user accounts for our personnel when access is required. Shared accounts and the sharing of credentials belonging to other users are strictly prohibited. Wherever possible, Multi Factor Authentication (MFA/2FA) should be enabled.

  2. Any access granted should follow the principle of least privilege and be limited to the permissions required to perform the approved task. Temporary access is strongly recommended, and user accounts provided to our personnel should be disabled or deleted once the work has been completed.

  3. The creation, authorization, management, monitoring, and removal of user accounts remain the sole responsibility of the customer organization and must be carried out in accordance with the customer's internal security policies and procedures.

Customer Name field (mandatory) to create a ticket

Dear All Users

We have an experience of all the users who are creating the tickets are without their customer name, or one user works in different properties or one user has same email id and changed lot of properties on same email id.

For all above is difficult to find any good search for any tickets issue on their customer level.

Hence we have introduced a mandatory field to be entered while creating the ticket.

You all are kindly be requested to enter the customer name (property hotel/restaurant etc) for good data search and history purpose.

Inactive NTMP Properties

Dear Opera PMS users,

We have noticed that the Interface between OPERA PMS and National Tourism Monitoring Platform (NTMP) is not working, in many properties.

Kindly be requested to check regularly your NTMP portal to make sure that the OPERA PMS data is being updated with Ministry of Tourism, with the current date & Time. In case if the OPERA PMS Data is not currently updated with Ministry of Tourism, kindly inform us via a Support ticket.
