Steps to unlock the user

1. Login in User manager with user name ‘admin’ and password ‘sunsys’.
2. Once logged In, you will find list of all the users.
3. Select the particular user which you want to unlock and press right click on it and select edit user.
4. A window with the user details will appear.
5. At the bottom of the user details screen the last field is Lock status (if it is locked it will show ‘locked’ else ‘unlocked’).
6. To change the status click on the ellipse button provided and changed to unlocked if it is locked.
7. Once changes are done click on apply and close it.
