Dear Asick,
The issue has been resolved. The POS was sending VAT to Tax5 for
Laundry, but Tax5 was not configured in Opera. I have now configured
it and aligned the Laundry VAT transaction code accordingly.
We will now close this ticket.

Dear Mr. Parvez,
I have called your finance team and explained to him what happened and
what is the difference between phase 1 and phase 2. He confirmed now
that he fully understand it and proceed with ticket closure.
