When trying to access Data Send in Vision 6 or Q&A 10 it says access denied in brackets


Resolution:

Log into Vision/Q&A Setup, go into User Security tab. Highlight the user, do a right click and go into Profiles>Edit.

On the Profiles window, highlight the appropriate connection and in the bottom make sure user security is ticked and an appropriate user is selected under map to user section.
